Promoting Library resources and its activities is a necessity. Keeping the same in mind, we are starting an online weekly magazine called “Patrika: A Treasure of Knowledge”.
It is not just an E-magazine; it is a platform where all the students and teachers can get published their write-ups article/ views/poems under different sections which globalize it. All sections like Teacher’s Talk, Articles, Jokes, Poetry, Paintings, Book reviews and other E-resources are available for their access. There articles are available free and accessible through the internet to each and every student and staff members at their own door step.
Magazine is intended to mobilize the resources and various activities conducted in our school from time to time.
OBJECTIVES OF THE E-MAGAZINE:
- To foster the creativity of the Students and Staff members of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sector 3 Rohini by the proper use of Internet and Communication Technologies.
- To promote communication among the students and staff of other Kendriya Vidyalaya Sector 3 Rohini in the country by sharing information and ideas.
- To encourage the use of online information resources.
- To create network among students and teachers online.
- To globalize the work of contributors.
SUBMISSION OF ARTICLES:
The students and staff members may submit their articles, write-ups, short-stories, poems, travelogues, experiences, cartoons, paintings and book reviews in soft copy (by email) or through hard copy (Library drop box) along with full details (Name, Class and Division), and photograph if any.
